Documents required for applying for operator training and exam:

• A legible copy of both sides of an ID card and address card .

• Certification by a general practitioner / occupational physician.  In the case of first-degree fitness, it must be stated that it is suitable for an Operator.

• A copy of an existing OKJ Certificate .

• Existing Yellow Operator License .

•   2 ID photos . ( In case of exchange of lost, damaged or medically filled licenses, 3 ID photos are required.) ​
